618 Coffeehouse has poured coffee from 618 West Main Street in Lewistown for more than 25 years, a run that now spans a full change of ownership: Michelle, the current owner, left a healthcare career to take over the shop, keeping it a fixture on the same Main Street block it's occupied for decades. Beyond espresso drinks, the kitchen bakes its own sourdough bread and pastries fresh every morning; that bread program is central to the identity of the place, not a side offering tacked onto a coffee menu.

The business has also grown a second footprint: a drive-thru location on US-191, separate from the Main Street storefront, giving Lewistown a faster option alongside the original sit-down shop. Combined, the two locations cover both the town's historic Main Street strip and its highway traffic, with the same house-baked sourdough program running through both.
