What began with a Weber Kettle and green beans bought after a 2016 trip to Thai coffee farms grew into a commercial roastery once the founders installed a professional drum roaster in 2019. Anarchy sources small, ethically-bought lots and roasts them in Kelowna on Syilx/Okanagan territory.
