Founded in 1879, Aoyagi Souhonke is the Nagoya maker behind the city's famous Aoyagi uiro rice cakes and the frog-shaped Kaeru Manju. Its sweets are sold at the Osu flagship and other Nagoya shops as well as an online store, with cafe treats at the KITTE Nagoya branch.
