What Art League of Baytown is known for
Organized in 1954 and housed since 2008 in the old Woolworth on West Texas Avenue, the Art League sells local members' work in many media from the gallery and runs classes and a summer camp. Visit Baytown notes the building carries the city’s largest mural, a trompe-l’oeil wrapping the front and west wall.
