Azienda Agricola Caparsa has farmed organic Sangiovese vineyards in Radda in Chianti since Paolo Cianferoni's father planted them in 1965, and the estate's 17th-century cellar now doubles as its direct-sale wine shop and tasting room. Visitors can buy the Chianti Classico Riserva Caparsino and other estate bottlings on site by reservation.
