Bodegas La Cigarrera

Run by the ninth generation of the Hidalgo García de Velasco family, La Cigarrera has aged manzanilla in the same Sanlúcar cellars on Plaza Madre de Dios since 1758. Its small solera turns out manzanilla pasada, amontillado, oloroso and Pedro Ximénez in limited quantities.
