Bottega Dalmut

Bottega Dalmut was founded in 2013 by Leonida Ferrarese, who returned to Italy after experience at Salvatore Ferragamo on Fifth Avenue in New York. The atelier operates from a restored historical building from the 1800s in Francavilla Fontana, Puglia, featuring art nouveau details and nature-inspired frescoes. The workshop specializes in handcrafted suits using luxury materials from global suppliers. Each garment requires six to eight weeks of meticulous work, with approximately 30,000 hand stitches completing each piece. Clients can customize every detail including button colors, linings, and pocket styles for both jackets and trousers. The collection extends beyond tailoring to include complementary pieces: cashmere and silk neckwear, bow ties, dress shirts, and shoes. Bottega Dalmut represents the continuation of Puglia's centuries-old reputation for textile craftsmanship and fine tailoring, with the atelier serving international clients seeking bespoke construction and heritage techniques.
