What Brighton Gin is known for
Brighton Gin has distilled small-batch gin beside the seaside since 2014, using organic wheat spirit and botanicals including milk thistle and orange peel. The independent distillery bottles its Seaside Strength and Pavilion Strength editions and runs tours and tastings at its seafront home.
