What Bristol Sweet Mart is known for
Founded in Easton in 1978 by Ugandan-Asian refugee Kassam Majothi, this family-run store now carries more than 9,000 food and drink lines from spices to wholefoods. A deli added in 2009 serves fresh curries, snacks and Indian sweets alongside the retail and wholesale trade.
