Buon Giorno Coffee traces back to a trip through Italy the founder took at eighteen, where a first taste of real espresso became the reason the company exists: unable to find beans at home that matched what had been poured there, the founder started roasting in a home setup before turning it into a business. That origin still shapes the product focus — the company specializes in two traditional European preparations, espresso and Cafetière (French press), rather than chasing every brew method at once. The roasting itself now runs through what the company calls a state-of-the-art roasterie, staffed by roasters the company describes as skilled artisans, sourcing from farmers it says are chosen for sustainability and ethical practice through international travel to select lots directly. Buon Giorno now runs two Texas coffeehouses, in Grapevine and at 500 West 7th Street in downtown Fort Worth, carrying that founder-level focus on espresso and French press into two different storefronts.
