What Cantillon is known for
Cantillon is Brussels' last working traditional lambic brewery, still spontaneously fermenting its beer on site. The Anderlecht building combines a working brewery, museum, and shop where visitors can buy the brewery's own gueuze, kriek, and other lambic beers along with merchandise.
