What Castel Savina is known for
The Obradović family grows two hectares of vines beside Savina Monastery in Herceg Novi, at the entrance to the Bay of Kotor, and caps output at 20,000 bottles a year to keep quality control tight. Castel Savina makes red, white, rosé, and dessert wines and receives visitors for tastings by reservation.
