Cenatiempo has produced Ischia DOC wines since 1945, when Francesco Cenatiempo and his brothers began selling wine from a small cellar near the island's harbor. The estate now bottles Biancolella, Forastera, and Per' 'e Palummo alongside blends such as Kalimera and Lefkos, all grown on Ischia's volcanic soil.
