What Cheimarios is known for
From Kalafationes in the island's interior, Cheimarios has bottled soft drinks since 1950, chief among them tsitsibira — Corfu's spicy, alcohol-free ginger beer made to an 1860 recipe. A herbal refreshment called Alpinia joins it, both produced without additives or preservatives.
