What Corolla Wild Horse Fund Museum & Store is known for
The nonprofit that protects Corolla's Banker mustangs runs a museum and shop in an old schoolhouse on Corolla Village Road, selling handcrafted ceramics, ornaments, bracelets and branded apparel. Proceeds fund the herd's veterinary care and conservation of the Colonial Spanish horses that roam the northern beaches.
