What Dastkar Ranthambore is known for
Launched by Dastkar in 1991 to revive craft skills in the villages around Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, this centre grew Bandhani tie-dye workers in Sawai Madhopur from about 100 to over 2,000. Its design and production-training workshops have empowered more than 370 craftspeople across Bandhani textiles, tailored goods and pottery.
