Earl's Cajun Market

Earl Comeaux opened this southside Lafayette grocery in 1979, and although it changed hands and took its current name decades later, the Comeaux family stayed involved through the transition. Boudin, stuffed chickens, turducken and hogshead cheese are all made in house rather than bought in for resale.
