Fabrique grew from Charlotta and David Zetterström's 2008 Kungsholmen bakery into a stone-oven chain spanning Stockholm, London, and New York. Its wood-fired ovens turn out sourdough loaves, cardamom knots, and cinnamon buns using the fermentation methods of the original shop.
