What Fundo Los Nichos is known for
Fundo Los Nichos is a working Chilean pisco distillery, aging spirit in niches cut into rock in the hills above Pisco Elqui instead of a conventional warehouse. The estate sells its reserve piscos and runs tastings directly, roughly an hour's drive up the Elqui Valley from La Serena.
