What Goncharoff is known for
Goncharoff was founded in Kobe's Kitano district in 1923 and is credited with making Japan's first whisky bonbon chocolates. The company still runs factories in the city's Higashinada and Mikage districts, selling its chocolate and cookie assortments through its own shop network and website.
