Grandvert planted its vines at the base of the Yatsugatake range in Kobuchizawa in 2022 and opened an on-site cafe and wine shop in March 2025. Visitors can walk the vineyard, join a staff-led winery tour, and taste bottles produced from grapes grown on the property.
