What Hakubanishiki Shuzo is known for
Founded in 1906 in Omachi at the foot of Nagano's Northern Alps, this brewery makes Hakuba Nishiki sake from local contract-grown rice and alpine snowmelt water. Its junmai, junmai ginjo, and daiginjo sakes are sold at the brewery and through its online shop.
