Inomoto Saketen

Inomoto opened in Kumamoto's Nagamine district in 1974 and shifted in the early 1990s to become a dedicated local sake and shochu specialist, a focus it has kept for three decades. The owner and staff select bottles directly from breweries around Kumamoto and beyond, stocking sake, shochu, Japanese wine and liqueurs both in-store and by mail order.
