Jindrak

Jindrak has baked from Herrenstraße since 1929, guarding a Linzer Torte built on shortcrust pastry, a spiced redcurrant filling, and a hand-laid lattice top that the family calls the original recipe. The workshop now supplies nine shops across Linz and produces its own pralines, all made by master confectioners trained in the founders' techniques.
