Kav is a Tel Aviv fashion boutique founded by designer Dikla Einat, a graduate of the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, who opened the shop in the early 2010s after establishing her own minimalist clothing line. Einat's design approach favors reduction: she has described her process as ensuring a cut 'has as few seams and details as possible,' producing loose, oversized silhouettes cut from natural fabrics rather than fitted, structured pieces. The boutique sells her own womenswear alongside a small, curated selection from other independent Israeli makers, including footwear by Balgan and bags by Anbel Harari, positioning Kav as a single stop for a coherent, pared-back wardrobe rather than a multi-brand department. Distinctively, Einat's design studio operates inside the same space as the retail shop, so garments are conceived, cut, and sold under one roof — customers browsing the boutique are steps from where the clothes are made. The shop has drawn a following among independent professional women, notably architects, whose own aesthetic sensibilities are said to align with Einat's restrained approach to form.
