What Kremser Senf (Moser) is known for
Kremser mustard dates to the Middle Ages, when it was made as a by-product of the local wine trade, and won medals at 19th-century exhibitions in London and Paris. The Moser manufactory still hand-blends it from Krems grape must and mustard seed, without vinegar, finished with horseradish and ginger.
