What La Plantation is known for
La Plantation grows and sun-dries organic, Fair Trade-certified Kampot pepper on its farm outside Kampot town, where visitors walk the peppercorn rows, taste black, red and white varieties, and eat Khmer dishes built around them at the farm's own restaurant. Its online shop ships peppercorns, spice blends, vinegars and herbal teas across Europe, with proceeds helping fund Les Ecoles de la Plantation, a rural schooling initiative.
