The Lautenbach family has grown and pressed Door County cherries here since 1955, running a market, bakery, winery and cidery from one Fish Creek site. Alongside estate wines and hard ciders they sell fresh tart cherries, pie fill, dried cherries and just-baked cherry pie and turnovers.
