What Limoncello di Capri is known for
The Canale family began commercially bottling limoncello in 1988, steeping the peels of PGI-certified Ovale di Sorrento lemons in alcohol with no dyes or additives. Production runs across the Sorrento peninsula and the island of Capri, and bottles are sold from the family's island shops.
