Mayordomo makes traditional Oaxacan chocolate -- plain, semi-bitter, vanilla and hazelnut -- ground from hand-selected cacao, alongside red and black mole pastes sold by the kilo. Products are made locally by Oaxacan producers and sold from its Centro shop and factory.
