What Modern Thai Art Gallery is known for
Opened in 1987, this was the first art gallery to establish on Koh Samui, built on a house style of impressionist oil paintings layering Buddha-inspired faces over abstract grounds. Resident artists still produce gallery originals and custom portrait commissions, each issued with a certificate of authenticity.
