What Morrison Gallery is known for
William Morrison opened this gallery on North Main Street in 1999, building a program The New York Times has called the linchpin of Litchfield County's art scene. A 2024 expansion added a 6,500-square-foot building with 24-foot ceilings for the abstract, Pop, and Post-War American works the gallery shows alongside contemporary painters and sculptors.
