The company sources beans specifically from female coffee farmers, framing its supply chain around the idea that "when women thrive, communities thrive," and hand-roasts the results rather than outsourcing production. The current lineup includes Guatemala Huehuetenango, a Mexico decaf and Ballast Espresso among its bestsellers, alongside newer additions like Ethiopia Supernatural and The Climb. Beyond the roast, Mothership runs "Sip with Purpose," a program built around monthly themed lattes whose proceeds go to local Las Vegas nonprofits, tying the company's day-to-day sales directly to community organizations in the neighborhoods where its cafes sit.
