What Moulin Saint Augustin is known for
The Domaine du Moulin Saint Augustin has pressed olive oil in the Luberon for 25 years, and its on-site boutique in Coustellet-Oppede sells the estate oils, tapenades, natural cosmetics and regional products with in-store tasting. The mill is open Monday through Saturday and also runs guided tours, guest cottages and event hosting.
