What Murphy's Ice Cream is known for
Brothers Sean and Kieran Murphy began churning ice cream in Dingle in 2000, using milk from native Kerry cows and flavours such as sea salt and Dingle gin. The Strand Street parlour is the original of their small group of Irish shops.
