What National Chikki Mart is known for
Trading as Lonavala's No. 1 chikki maker since 1922, National Chikki Mart began as a small family venture and is now run by second-generation director Abhey Parekh, with its chikki-making noted in the Limca Book of Records. The catalogue sources peanuts from Saurashtra, sesame from Rajasthan and dry fruits from Kashmir for its groundnut, sesame, rajgira, coconut, pistachio and cashewnut chikki, alongside a chocolate-walnut, coconut, mango and strawberry fudge line.
