What Nin's Bin is known for
A roadside crayfish caravan on State Highway 1 north of Kaikoura, started by Ronald Clark in 1977 and now run by his grandson Johnny Clark, a working commercial fisherman. Crayfish is cooked to order with nothing but mineral water, lemon and garlic butter, following the stand's original method.
