P.Tendercool operates from a 1940s Art Deco building — Warehouse 30 — in the Creative District of old Bangkok, next to the Chao Phraya River, in the Charoen Krung area. The operation is split across two adjacent spaces: PT-Gallery, the showroom, and PT-Lab, a workshop roughly a five-minute walk away where the pieces are made.
The workshop specializes in bespoke, handmade furniture for private clients, interior designers and hospitality projects, built around reclaimed hardwood combined with sand-cast brass bases and other custom metalwork. It promotes a defined '7-step bespoke service' emphasizing craftsmanship transparency from material sourcing through fabrication, and pieces are made individually by named craftsmen rather than produced on a factory line.
