What Pioneer Jewelers is known for
Pioneer Jewelers began as a Franklin Street storefront in 1975, selling natural gold nuggets sourced from Alaska and Yukon mining districts alongside vintage jewelry and Alaskan artwork. The physical shop closed in 2016 but the founders kept the business going as an online store selling the same one-of-a-kind pieces.
