What Raritet is known for
Raritet is a Bishkek bookseller and publishing house founded in 1997, its shop near Ala-Too Square carrying maps, travel guides, postcards, and a small English-language selection. Its own imprint produces illustrated gift albums on Kyrgyz nature and traditions along with children's books retelling Kyrgyz fairy tales and epics.
