Reserved

Reserved was founded in 1998 as the flagship brand of LPP, a Polish retail company established by Marek Piechocki, a civil-engineering graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology, and businessman Jerzy Lubianiec. The first Reserved store opened in Gdynia, on Poland's Baltic coast, with a footprint the company later noted was smaller than the rest areas of its largest present-day stores. LPP listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2001 and used the proceeds to expand Reserved through Central and Eastern Europe, opening stores in Russia, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Latvia and Hungary by 2002, and in Lithuania, Ukraine and Slovakia the following year. The brand later pushed into Western Europe, opening a flagship on London's Oxford Street in 2017. Reserved has been named the most valuable Polish clothing brand in domestic rankings and has appeared on Forbes' list of Poland's most valuable brands. It now operates roughly 1,700 stores across about 20 countries under LPP, which also owns chains including Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay.
