What Ridge Vineyards — Monte Bello is known for
Ridge has farmed Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot on the Monte Bello vineyard above Cupertino since 1962, working from a stone winery building dating to the 1880s. Its tasting room at 17100 Montebello Road, roughly 2,600 feet up, pours the single-vineyard Monte Bello bottlings alongside Sonoma and Paso Robles Zinfandels.
