What Rocca delle Macìe is known for
Film producer Italo Zingarelli bought the Le Macìe estate in 1973 and turned it into a Sangiovese-focused winery now run by the third generation of his family. Spread across roughly 500 hectares of Tuscan land, it produces Chianti Classico and Riserva wines, Maremma reds, and estate olive oil, with a cellar and relais open for tastings.
