What Rombi Wines is known for
Rombi Wines is the project of Monterey native and former restaurateur Salvatore Rombi, who planted his Carmel Valley vineyard in 1998 and released his first vintage in 2006. The tasting room at 1 Center Street pours Bordeaux-style estate Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Petite Sirah.
