Sartoria Crimi was founded in Palermo in 1970 by Carmelo Crimi, who completed a long apprenticeship with established Italian tailors before establishing his own atelier. In 1993, his son Mauro joined the business, having specialized at the prestigious Scuola Secoli in Milan. Crimi's Tailor Shop is recognized among hundreds of Italian tailoring firms and ranks in the top ten of Italian excellence in bespoke tailoring for men.
