Showaen is a fruit grower in Minami-Alps run by craftsman Kobayashi, specializing in Yamanashi peaches, grapes like Shine Muscat and Kyoho, and prized Kiyo plums. The farm sells its seasonal harvest direct by mail order, opening reservations each June, and also welcomes visitors for fruit picking.
