What Since1938 Ruan-Q Mochi (軟Q麻糬) is known for
Since1938 sells its "Ruan-Q" (soft and pleasantly chewy) mochi as Hualien gift sets, with the shop's own name marking the year it dates its recipe to. The line keeps to classic peanut and sesame fillings packaged for the gift-box trade centered on the city's train station.
