What Spitalkellerei Konstanz is known for
The Spitalkellerei has pressed grapes for Konstanz's Heilig-Geist-Spital foundation since 1225. Its vineyards around Meersburg and the lakeside Haltnau estate supply still wines, the sparkling Spitalsekt, and fruit distillates sold from the cellar's own shop in town.
