What Sudwerk Brewing Co. is known for
Founded in 1989, Sudwerk helped establish California's craft-lager tradition and still brews German-style lagers, IPAs, and sours in Davis, several in collaboration with UC Davis. The renovated taproom pours core and limited releases with a Wednesday pub quiz and an annual Oktoberfest.
