Open in Dock Square since 1983, The Candy Man hand-makes turtles, fudge, and artisan chocolates using old-fashioned candy-making methods and local suppliers. The family-run shop also sells penny candy and saltwater taffy, and stops shipping its chocolate turtles each summer to protect them from melting in transit.
